What information we process<\/h2>\n

When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the information you give us \u2013 typically your name, email, phone number, address and a description of the job.<\/p>\n

The contact form does not store anything on the website. It simply opens a draft in your own email program, which you review and send yourself.<\/p>\n

If you become a customer, we also process the information needed to plan the job and invoice you, such as your address and access details.<\/p>\n

When you visit the website, the server records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit in a log file. This is done for operational and security reasons.<\/p>\n

Please do not send us sensitive information such as your CPR number or health information.<\/p>\n\n

Purpose and legal basis<\/h2>\n

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote, carry out the cleaning and invoice you.<\/p>\n

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (quotes and agreements), Article 6(1)(c) (legal obligations, e.g. the Danish Bookkeeping Act) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running a secure website).<\/p>\n\n

How long we keep your information<\/h2>\n

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact.<\/p>\n

Accounting records are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Other customer information is deleted when we no longer need it.<\/p>\n\n

Who we share information with<\/h2>\n

We never pass your information on for marketing purposes. It may be processed by our suppliers \u2013 such as website hosting, our email provider and bookkeeping system \u2013 who may only use it on our instructions.<\/p>\n\n

Cookies<\/h2>\n

The website only uses essential cookies. We don't use any cookies for statistics, analytics or marketing.<\/p>\n
