Here you can read how SkandiNord Rengøring processes personal data when you visit our website or contact us. We only collect what we need, and we never sell your information.

What information we process
When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the information you give us – typically your name, email, phone number, address and a description of the job.
The contact form does not store anything on the website. It simply opens a draft in your own email program, which you review and send yourself.
If you become a customer, we also process the information needed to plan the job and invoice you, such as your address and access details.
When you visit the website, the server records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit in a log file. This is done for operational and security reasons.
Please do not send us sensitive information such as your CPR number or health information.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote, carry out the cleaning and invoice you.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (quotes and agreements), Article 6(1)(c) (legal obligations, e.g. the Danish Bookkeeping Act) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running a secure website).
How long we keep your information
Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact.
Accounting records are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Other customer information is deleted when we no longer need it.
Who we share information with
We never pass your information on for marketing purposes. It may be processed by our suppliers – such as website hosting, our email provider and bookkeeping system – who may only use it on our instructions.
Cookies
The website only uses essential cookies. We don't use any cookies for statistics, analytics or marketing.
- skandinord_notice_v1 – remembers that you have closed the cookie notice. Deleted when you close your browser, and contains no personal data.
- wordpress_* and wp-settings-* – only set when we log in to edit the website. Regular visitors never get them.
- Hosting and security – our hosting provider may set technical cookies that protect the server against abuse and attacks.
Fonts are loaded from our own server, so your visit is not passed on to Google. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object, ask us to restrict processing and receive your data in a portable format (data portability).
Write to info@skandinordren.dk, and we will reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we process your information, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark – www.datatilsynet.dk.
Changes
We will update this policy if we change the way we process information. If, for example, we start using analytics tools later on, we will ask for your consent first.
